The said wardrobe malfunction happened also in Boracay last month for ASAP XV and photo of which has been scattered everywhere on the web.
I've seen it myself and I think it's just a plain wardrobe malfunction with no extra special on it unlike Anne's. Some say it really didn't expose Karylle's hidden part because it had a n-ppl- tape on it. So false alarm lang pala 'to?
