Marius Svela, 20, will represent Norway in the 2008 International Mr. Gay Competition from January 17 to 20 in the US.

What makes Marius a very special candidate of Mr. Gay is that, he is a GAY SOLDIER.

According to him, if ever he wins Mr. Gay, he will use the title to make it easier for soldiers to be openly gay in the army. Wow! That's indeed one good purpose.

If Ms. World has the special title Beauty with a Purpose, I think Marius should be deservingly called Gay With A Purpose.

During the Mr. Gay Europe competition, Marius was the most popular contestant and favorite to win the title. No doubt though if he could still use his charm during the international Mr. Gay 2008 competition.

Former Anime member Mico Aytona (the guy on the photo) has been reportedly harrassed by a notorious gay last January 06, 2008 at the Fitness First Greenhills in San Juan, Metro Manila.

Were you guys there during the said scandalous event?

Last January 6, muntik nang mahulog sa kamay ng isang "notorious" na bading ang young actor na si Mico Aytona, host ng Rush TV ng Studio 23. Ito ang napag-alaman ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) mula sa isang source, at mabilis na kumalat ang balita sa gay circuit sa Metro Manila.

Ayon sa balita, pagkatapos mag-workout ni Mico sa Fitness First Greenhills branch, kung saan siya regular member, pumunta siya sa steam room, o "wet area" kung tawagin, ng nasabing gym para mag-relax.

Diumano, dito sa steam room siya buong tapang na nilapitan ng isang pa-mhin na bading (closet queen o yung discreet gay) na halatang type si Mico, at buong-tapang na hinawak-hawakan ang kanyang katawan.

Siyempre pa, nakatapis lang ng tuwalya ang gym-goers na nag-i-steam bath, kaya topless that time si Mico, at bath towel lang ang saplot ng binata. Ayon pa sa kuwento, walang pakundangan daw ang bading na nagbakasaling mahipuan o ma-tsansingan ang young actor.

Nag-decline daw si Mico politely sa mga advances ng gay. But still, ayon sa source, the gay insisted kaya naimbiyerna't napuno na raw talaga si Mico sa pambabastos sa kanya.

Ang sumunod na eksena'y nagkasigawan diumano ang bading at ang iritadong si Mico. Nagkaroon ng commotion dahil nabulabog na rin ang attention ng ibang gym-goers, including Mico's father. Nandoon din daw sa loob ng Fitness First ang ama ni Mico.

Dagdag pa rin ng kuwento, galit na tumawag ang ama ni Mico sa pulis upang ipaaresto ang bading.

Hindi lang sure ng aming source kung nakatapis lang din ng tuwalya ang bading nang arestuhin ito ng pulis na dumating ilang minuto pagkasumbong ni Mr. Aytona.

Ito diumano ang unang pagkakataon na naaresto ang bading na 'yon, pero talagang notorious raw ang reputasyon ng nasabing gay na malamang ay dine-dedma na lang ng karamihan ng gym-goers para hindi sila maiskandalo.

"Hindi niya ginagamit ang exercise equipment o ang mga muscle-building machines, pero talagang ugali na niya ang mag-gym hopping to check out cute guys in saunas and steam rooms," sabi ng source.

Nang sumabog ang balitang ito tungkol kay Mico, tinext ng PEP ang publicist ng Genesis na si Jemuel Salterio, at ikinagulat nito ang balita.

Maya-maya ay nakapag-reply na ito sa aming inquiry kung totoo ang balita. Kinailangan pa raw muna niya kasing makausap mismo si Mico to verify the incident.

Text message ni Jemuel: "Everything is being investigated still. I spoke to Mico na, and we will release a statement ASAP."

Ang sabi pa, after maisagawa raw ang imbestigasyon at mapatunayang guilty ang baklang nagtangka kay Mico ay mate-terminate ang gym membership nito at papatawan ng permanent ban from all Fitness First clubs.

Nang mag-expire ang kontrata ni Mico sa ABS-CBN Star Magic—kung saan siya nagsimula, ka-batch nina John Wayne at Rayver Cruz—ay hindi na siya nag-renew. Nagdesisyon siyang lumipat ng management. Napili niya ang Genesis Management, headed by Angeli Pangilinan-Valenciano (misis ni Gary Valenciano), na siya ring nagma-manage sa mga career nina Donita Rose, Jericho Rosales, Heart Evangelista, among others.

At press time ay kinukuha pa ng PEP ang panig Fitness First Greenhills branch, kung may nais man silang iparating tungkol sa insidente.

Mico is 19 years old and has regularly appeared on shows like Spirits, ASAP Fanatic and Rush TV Atin 'To.
